Terms and Conditions surgagg – Complete Member Guide

Surgagg (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "surgagg") is an online entertainment platform operating under the terms and conditions set out in this document. Our platform offers a wide range of entertainment services including Slot Games, Bingo, Sports Betting, and Live Casino to eligible users.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. surgagg reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified via their registered email or announcements on the website.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

• Surgagg is not responsible for loss of access caused by internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• For sports betting, all outcomes are based on official match results announced by the relevant sporting body.
• Bets placed after a match has started (in-play) are valid unless otherwise stated in the relevant betting rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the surgagg platform and may result in immediate account termination, fund freezing, and legal action:

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate games.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Attempting to hack, compromise security, or disrupt platform operations.
• Assisting or providing information to another party to carry out any of the above activities.

Surgagg reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded once the verification process is complete, subject to no active bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements.

Surgagg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this website.
